There have always been lofty ambitions for the new city of Cyberjaya.  Envisioned as a place to 'live, work, study and play', I think it is fair to go that there is a way still to go on at least a couple of those aspirations.

Renting an Apartment in Cyberjaya

Renting an apartment in Cyberjaya is not a cheap option.  In fact, it is probably just about the most expensive town in Malaysia in terms of property.  But if you are working here and don't fancy the hassles of a long commute, then go for it.

The problem is that right now, land here is expensive and so the focus has been on higher-yield properties.
Students crowd into the the more affordable developments, leaving the more expensive ones for the working stiffs.  Either that, or a commute.
